Window Furnishings Installer
Melbourne & Geelong

We are seeking a highly experienced Window Furnishings Installer to service our customers in Melbourne and Geelong. The position includes installation of our
high quality Roller Blinds, Plantation Shutters, Curtains along with Awnings, Ziptraks® and focus on Crimsafe Security Products. If you have a great personality,
presentation and outlook and want to be part of a successful organisation, then join us as part of our Installation team. This position is essential to the
success of the business, as you will be responsible to provide unsurpassed customer service and fitting of our product range in our customer homes.

    The Role:     
  • Experience of 5 years background in installing window furnishings both inside and outside the home, with references.
  • Accurate check measure and Fitting skills of plantation shutters,
    all internal blinds, curtains, awnings, Ziptraks and Crimsafe security doors.
  • You must be self-motivated to schedule and manage your own
    appointment diary.
  • Your own clean reliable vehicle with all tools and current driver’s license.
  • Company ABN and Insurances.
  • Excellent communication skills with clients and the office teams.
  • The ability to work without supervision and within a team environment.
  • High level of personal presentation and customer service outlook.
  • Computer literate skills to manage an electronic diary.
  • Preferably located in Western of Melbourne or Geelong.

Our window furnishing range consists of Indoor Blinds, Curtains, Plantation Shutters, Ziptrak & Awnings, Security Doors and more. The successful applicant will service qualified leads created by an ongoing innovative marketing campaign backed by a professional internal sales and administration team.     Office Administration and Customer Service

      We are seeking an energetic, proactive person to join our Mulgrave team. If you have a friendly and positive personality with great communication skills and
      a desire to continue your career in customer service then we’d like to hear from you.

      Your responsibilities will include:    
    • Actively liaise with customers in a contact centre type environment.
    • Provide friendly, reliable, and accurate information to customers.
    • Process all customers orders in the system and liaise with production on
      the orders.
    • Co-ordinate installations with mulitple contractors.
      Experience in window furnishings is not essential, however a keen willingness to learn will be required.
      To be successful in this role you will need:

    • Excellent, friendly, and clear communication skills - both verbal
      and written.
    • Be a keen problem solver with the ability to think on your feet.
    • Enjoy following processes and tasks while remaining flexible in your
      attitude to change.
    • Self-starter with the ability to pick up things quickly.
    • High attention to detail is crucial including accurate data entry skills.
    • Multitasking is an absolute necessity with an ability to prioritise tasks.
    • Be able to learn technical aspects of the product ranges.
    • Computer literacy including experience is mandatory.
    • Pro-active approach with the ability to follow up on unsolved queries.
    • Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing tasks.
